The Farm

A traditional Kampot pepper farm

Sothy's Pepper Farm covers more than 25,000 m² on the hills of Kep. The farm grows pepper using traditional manual methods, without chemicals, with respect for nature and local know-how.

Authentic Kampot pepper

We grow pepper on living soil, harvest the berries by hand and dry them naturally under the sun. Visitors can discover each step during the farm tour.

Visit the farm for free

Learn how Kampot pepper grows, how it is harvested and how it becomes black, red or white pepper. The tour lasts about 30 minutes and includes tasting.

Sothy's Pepper Farm produces its own Kampot pepper and also buys from selected small farmers, allowing a stable annual volume for export.
